What does it take to sit down and create something? Say a song, a new chapter for my book. The ability to focus is essential. How focused you are, or how unfocused you are makes the difference. Focussing all your energy and faculties calls for a concentration of energy precisely in the center to prevent your energy to be wasted away without any results.
