One Friday Blessing

Blessings to all on this Friday day, as it moves from the afternoon into the evening. I hope the flow of the day will have you energized to enter the weekend filled with a fresh sensation of deep joy. Please, remember to take some time for yourself. Which in reality means, don't work all the time. Stop, sip that tea, or coffee, and observe the movements, smell fragrances, hear the music, touch the table, your stylus, the texture of your shirt or coat.
Feel the jumps or the bumps or your rolling or your strolling. Depending on your shape of travel, either shoes or wheals.
And if you close your eyes, you'll be up to, or in to the metasenses, which is always fun and refreshing to go. Try it. You are full or filled with life. For that I am grateful. Thank you for the being of your being alive, for the blessing of seeing you with my eyes. Your face, and your eyes, are so familiar to me. For that I am grateful.
