What was that ?

Many, many things we imagined in science fiction, especially technological artifacts are now a reality and common things for this generation. Though the speculation that high and advanced technological tools may have existed long time ago, awaken in us the fascination of what was, and is possible, both in past ages, and in future times.

Names come to mind, when we talk about science fiction: Jules Gabriel Verne, Isaac Asimov, and more recently Michio Kaku...

[Late Seventies]

I was about ten years old, (in the late seventies) when one night around 9:30 PM  ( Mountain Time Zone -7), I was coming back from buying milk and bread with my friend Juan, when I looked the North-East sky; and there it was like a star size object moving in linear manner in a steady speed. Then it stopped, like a start is there, it flipped 180 degrees,  while shooting a light like that of a flash in a camera when you take a picture, and in an instant it assumed the highest possible speed imagined and disappeared . . . It was as if it had entered a tunnel of time . . .

[Sunday, May 19, 2013]

Many, many years have gone by, when three of us saw something similar just recently at the Detroit sky.  It was May 19, 2013 at about 8:45 PM Eastern Time. It looked like bright star standing there; like I said, like a star. After an extended period of time, it went off; like when you turn off an incandescent light bulb; then it moved linearly, in a direction away from us. The object became invisible; then it slightly lighted a couple of times; then after a few seconds reappeared like a black object continuing to move away from us; it was very, very high in the second. After an irregular manner of flying, it disappeared after about 30 seconds...  What was that?  I don't know what it was...  Certainly, it was not an  airplane, nor a satellite, nor a bird, nor a star... It was something different. I know now that there is something or someone up there !!!
